Lovely hotel in a gorgeous city.
Excellent location. Extremely helpful staff.
I thought I had specified needing three beds in a family room but the hotel gave us two doubles. It was fine but meant my teenage children had to share.

Perfect for one or two nights, fantastic service at BRO, reception service could use some soft skills training.
Very spacious room with a nice view, cool elevator, amazing service at BRO restaurant, vintage style of the swimming pool. There was a super cute activity for kids which our family appreciated a lot.
Boring breakfast, proximity to a construction site. Some of the receptionists were very kind and made us feel welcome, but we also encountered rude and sarcastic behavior, specifically regarding complaining about the construction noise.
